A turf maintenance package that's right for you.

This package is nearly identical to the Lawn Max with the addition of, you guessed it, overseeding.

In this package we add fresh, new grass seed to the mix. This is the way to go for number of reasons:

1. Your lawn is a quilt work of different seed varieties that were dropped over the years. Overseeding with a single blend works wonders on lawn uniformity.
2. Your lawn is full of bentgrass or other less-desirable grass species. Bentgrass is common on golf courses and is commonly found in cheap bags of seed. While it can be green, it does not give your lawn that vibrant, waxy appearance. Overseeding with premium varieties of turf-type tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass and perennial rye will begin to turn the tables.
3. Your lawn has bare spots.

We will not do a third application of pre-emergent in this package as it will negatively impact the germination rate of your new seed.

• At any time, if your lawn is suffering from a fungal infection, we can add a fungicide application to your plan
• We are proud to offer a biting insect deterrent applications that can be added to your plan at any time. The secret ingredient: cedarwood oil. Refreshing smell for humans but critters like mosquitoes, ticks and fleas hate it. This gets applied to lawn perimeter as many times as you like with a focus on shady areas, fire pits. This is a great add-on for families that like to spend time in the backyard.
• A soil analysis can be performed to see the nutrient profile of your turf. In New York, the application of phosphorus is highly restricted unless a soil test justifies the need.
