Five Service Visits to Your Home
Over the course of the season, we will make five visits to your property. We closely monitor soil temperatures and weather conditions in the Capital Region to administer the right treatment at the right time.
Fertilization Regimen
Administering proper nutrition all season. Pushing growth in spring, root development heading into the summer heat and maximizing autumn vigor.
Weed Control
A combination of granular and liquid products used as standard. Crabgrass pre-emergent and broadleaf control as needed.

Season-Long Grub Prevention
In Upstate New York, grub activity begins to injure turf during summer months. Our solution is a season-long preventative application before damage can begin. Reduction in grubs tends to reduce the activity of other turf-damaging animals like rodents and skunks. The best part- our chemical selection does not harm honeybees or earthworms.
Lime Treatment
Lime is a soil amendment used to maintain proper soil pH. Over time, lawns have a tendency to become slightly acidic as rainfall washes away alkaline minerals. Fertilizer treatments accelerate this.
Monthly Tick and Mosquito Deterrence
Monthly applications of insecticide to property and home perimeters. Two options available: An eco-friendly blend of essential oils like cedarwood and lemongrass offer considerable knockdown and deterrence or a professional-grade insecticide offering elite knockdown and deterrence. Very cost effective when bundles with treatment program but also offered as a standalone service.
Early-Season or Late-Season Aeration
Core aeration is an essential service for maintaining a vibrant lawn. It relieves soil compaction from foot traffic, lawn mowers etc, stimulates root development and allows for thorough nutrient integration. Typically performed in early autumn and coupled with overseeding.
Fall Overseed
Overseeding is a crucial for a healthy cool season lawn for a number of reasons. It fills in bare patches, keeps turf thick and adds a uniform aesthetic. Also, domestic grass genetics are constantly being improved and adding these cutting edge varieties keeps your lawn resilient against traffic, drought and disease. Must be coupled with aeration service.
