Our service begins by dispatching a Turf Care Specialist to conduct an in-person lawn assessment. Using the insights gained, we will propose a customized plan to optimize the health and appearance of your lawn and achieve your goals.
Service Visits
Frequency
One of our Turf Care Specialists will visit your property 5-6 times throughout the season to monitor the health of your lawn and provide the needed treatments.
Duration
We closely monitor local soil temperatures to perfectly time our first application which typically falls sometime in April. Treatment for cool-season lawns continues through October.
Communication
We value open communication with our customers. Our team will reach out to you in advance of each service visit and are glad to accommodate scheduling changes when needed. If there are any issues throughout the season we want to hear about it.
Satisfaction Guarantee*
At Top Turf Lawns we stand behind our services. If we fail to meet expectations throughout the season we will make a return trip to remedy concerns at no additional cost.
Program Tiers
*Satisfaction Guarantee is only available for Turf Care Program customers. It may take 2-3 weeks to notice the results of services. Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to issues unrelated to our services such as, but not limited to, drought, pets, pests and heavy traffic
**Grub control is a mid-season application to lawns intended to kill turf-damaging insects and interrupt the life cycle for future generations of pests. If a lawn is suffering from grub damage during a different time window, treatment can be moved up.
***Overseeding may be conducted using several methods including, but not limited to, rotary spreading, drop spreading, by hand or with gas-powered machinery.
